Charging solution for electric heavy-duty vehicles

Plug in, Recharge, Drive...

ALTENS supports businesses in accelerating their energy transition through a multi-energy offering.

Altens Serenity Offering, an all-in-one solution

We design, finance, install, operate, and supply your infrastructure: this is the ALTENS / TSG model.

Two experts for an integrated electric charging solution.

ALTENS, an expert in energy and financing, partners with TSG, a major European player in mobility-related technical infrastructure and services, to support you from the design to the operation of your charging infrastructure.

Switch to Electric Without Draining All Your Energy

The PUR-ELEC offer combines everything you need to electrify your fleet into a single contract. Available with or without initial investment (CAPEX), PUR-ELEC allows you to choose the financing model best suited to your strategy. In the OPEX version, infrastructure is integrated into your contract for a solution with no upfront investment.

A charging infrastructure

scaled to meet your operational needs

Your fleet electrification projects

Infrastructure, CEE grants, price per kWh, TCO: the ALTENS simulator brings together key data to quickly evaluate your electrification project. Get an initial estimate of investments, available grants, and charging costs to inform your choices from the very first discussions.
A simple tool to quote, compare, and build your electric project

Would you like to discover our EV charging + electricity offer?

Would you like to discover our global offer (charging infrastructure and electricity), set up charging stations only, or design a project combining solar carports and EV charging?

A Question? We Answer It

Yes, and it is now an essential part of decarbonizing road transport. Without charging infrastructure, there are no electric vehicles in operation: it is the first building block of the project, even before the vehicle.

It is also an economically sound choice. Thanks to CEE bonuses available for the purchase or lease of electric vehicles, the TCO of an electrified fleet quickly becomes competitive compared to diesel.

The question remains “how.” You can invest and own your own infrastructure (CAPEX), but if committing time and capital to this subject is not your priority, the Serenity charging offer allows you to electrify your fleet without an initial investment in infrastructure, for a simple price per kWh over the duration of the contract.

Yes. ALTENS acts as a global integrator for the entire project in partnership with TSG:

  • Study and scaling of the installation (power, number of charging points, connection);
  • Construction work (civil engineering, wiring, electrical panel, connection) via a network of qualified installation partners;
  • Commissioning of the stations;
  • Supervision and maintenance for the duration of the contract;

You don’t have to coordinate multiple service providers yourself: ALTENS manages the project from the first quote to daily operations.

Several programs can reduce the remaining cost of a charging infrastructure project:

  • The Advenir program, which subsidizes part of the purchase and installation of stations based on their power and use;
  • Energy Savings Certificates (CEE), which can be used for certain electric mobility projects;

These programs regularly change in terms of amounts, eligibility criteria, and timelines. Your ALTENS contact will identify the grants available for your project and help you prepare the corresponding applications.

The price per kWh offered as part of the Serenity charging offer integrates all the costs of your project over the duration of the contract (3 to 7 years): the cost of the infrastructure (stations, installation work, connection), the cost of the electricity consumed, and the cost of operations (supervision, preventive and corrective maintenance, dynamic station management).

These various items are amortized over the duration of the contract and converted into a single price per kilowatt-hour, to which a monthly subscription is added. You thus track a single price, which covers both infrastructure and energy, rather than managing investment, maintenance, and an electricity supply contract separately.

This price is calculated based on your fleet profile (number of vehicles, daily charging needs, site configuration) using the ALTENS simulator, which allows us to communicate it to you from the very first discussions.

The choice of station type depends on your operational profile (available charging time, required power, number of vehicles):

  • AC stations, suitable for slow charging, typically during an overnight slot at the depot (22 kW or 43 kW, check vehicle compatibility);
  • Double DC stations, for fast charging of two vehicles simultaneously;
  • Shared cabinet with several satellite charging points (hub), which optimizes infrastructure costs on sites hosting a large number of vehicles.

ALTENS scales the solution most suited to your activity (vehicle rotation time, distances traveled, site constraints) rather than applying a standard default solution.

Because ALTENS approaches your electrification project holistically, not just from the perspective of charging stations:

  • Combined expertise across the entire energy chain (charging infrastructure, electricity contracts, photovoltaics, energy storage), to optimize the overall cost of your project rather than each component separately;
  • A single point of contact from the first quote to daily operations;
  • ALTENS’ own simulation tools, which allow for a reliable budget tailored to your fleet quickly, rather than a generic estimate;
  • A network of qualified installation partners to guarantee quality and completion deadlines.

The goal: to allow you to electrify your fleet with peace of mind, with a clear vision of the cost and timeline from the very first discussions.
