The history of ALTENS began in 2015 with the creation of ENENS, a player specializing in energy distribution and supporting professionals with their energy needs.
In 2020, facing the challenges of energy transition, ALTENS was founded with a strong ambition: to offer alternative and renewable solutions to support transport and industrial companies in reducing their carbon footprint.
Over the years, the group continued its development and became Advens, affirming its commitment to more sustainable energy.
Today, the ADVENS GROUP, through ALTENS, ENENS, and LIQUENS, shares a common ambition: to support professionals in their energy transition by offering concrete, innovative solutions adapted to today’s and tomorrow’s challenges. Together, we are building an efficient, sustainable, and pragmatic energy mix, serving the decarbonization of mobility and industrial activities.

Two Perspectives on Altens
I launched Altens with a strong conviction: the world of fuels is undergoing a profound transformation, and the energy transition is a necessity. Faced with the challenges of decarbonization, I am convinced that there is no single solution. At Altens, we support this transformation by offering concrete solutions, adapted to our clients' needs, to collectively build more sustainable mobility.
Over the years, I have become convinced that alternative fuels have an essential role to play in the energy transition. The creation of Altens is the culmination of this conviction: to accelerate the deployment of concrete solutions to reduce carbon emissions. Biofuels and other alternative energies are immediately actionable levers for decarbonizing transport, as well as many other sectors where the transition must happen without delay.
